The Brazilian Olympic Congress is a biannual event that aims to communicate and share information, knowledge and benchmarking, aiming to create a community with the main stakeholders of the sport, in order to enable a brainstorming on how to face the challenges of Olympic Sport in Brazil.
Planning is a necessity, especially in a highly competitive world like that of Olympic sport. Whether to guide the actions and lasting results of an organization, an athlete or for any specific project, planning works as an indispensable preparation for today's world, with rapid changes and great uncertainties. We are at the beginning of a new Olympic cycle, and planning will enable us to understand the reality, evaluate the paths and build a future reference.
Thus, the II Edition of the Brazilian Olympic Congress brings as its theme: Planning, a future reference for Olympic Sport.
The schedule for the II Edition of the Brazilian Olympic Congress will consist of national and international lectures; round tables; academic, project and Olympic memory exhibitions; stands for partners and sponsors; and Olympic Laboratory and sports activities experiences, in which participants will be able to experience some modalities and still have contact with Olympic athletes!
The schedule of lectures takes place in the main plenary, where the participants will have the option to choose between topics focused on the areas of training, management and other sports sciences; all with simultaneous translation.
The ticket is valid for the two days of the event, with no difference in price for participation during a single day.
Anyone interested in the topic can participate in the event. They must choose between the following categories:
Participants who choose to compete for the positions of Academic Exhibitor or the Sport Innovation Award must also choose from the 3 categories mentioned, to attend the lectures according to the chosen category.
The difference is the themes covered in each of the categories, focused on sports management, sports training, and other areas of sports science. The participant, when purchasing the ticket, must select which of these 3 categories he will participate in, which will guarantee him the right to a seat for the chosen lecture. It will not be possible to enroll in more than one category, as the lectures will be simultaneous. If available, the participant will be able to watch other categories during the event.
