Silver medalist in the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympic Games, Adriana Behar has been CEO of the Brazilian Volleyball Confederation since February 2021. She is the first former athlete and the first woman to occupy the main executive position of a large confederation in the country. As an athlete, Adriana Behar left her name written in the history of national sport. Besides the two Olympic medals with Shelda, she was six times champion of the World Circuit, gold in Pan Winnipeg 99, eight times champion of the Brazilian Beach Volleyball Circuit; gold medal in the Goodwill Games 98 and elected to the Beach Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2010. After the end of her victorious career on the beach, Adriana specialized in Business Management at IBMEC and was very successful as a sports manager in the position of General Manager of Sports Planning at COB, a post she held from 2011 to 2018. At COB, she also completed the Advanced Sports Management Course in 2011, headed two Youth Olympic Games missions, in 2010 and 2014, and chaired the Women in Sport Commission in 2012.

Ph.D. Student in Clinical Psychology and Neurosciences (PUC-RJ) and Master in Science of Human Motricity (Universidade Castelo Branco - UCB). She has a specialization in Psychology Applied to High-Performance Sports (Universidade Veiga de Almeida - UVA) and training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CPAF-RJ). She has a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). Currently, she is the president of ASSOPERJ (Association of Sport Psychologists of Rio de Janeiro), a supervisor, and a teacher in the training course in Sport Psychology at C.E.P.P.E. (Consulting, Study and Research in Sport Psychology) and attends young and adult athletes, amateurs and professionals, in sports such as tennis, artistic swimming, and shooting, among others. She is a member of ISSP (International Society of Sport Psychology). She has over 17 years of experience in the area, having worked in nationally and internationally renowned institutions such as Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, Confederação Brasileira de Judô, Seleção Brasileira de Nado Sincronizado, and Comitê Olímpico do Brasil (Time Rio Project).

Born in Tortosa, Andreu Camps is 51 years old and has worked since 2018 as the secretary-general of the Spanish Football Federation. In the International Olympic Committee, he is responsible for directing the Spanish version of the Executive Masters in Sport Organizations Management. Graduated in Law and Physical Sciences and Activities, he is also a professor of Sports Management and Organization at the University of Lleida, Spain. A member of the Court of Appeals of the Badminton World Federation, the lawyer was part of the Court of Arbitration for Sport until 2017.

One of the most victorious coaches in the history of Brazilian sport, he had a successful career as an athlete before becoming a coach. José Roberto Guimarães played for the Brazilian team and highlights the Montreal 1976 Olympic Games as one of the most important moments of his story on the courts. In 1988, he became a coach and took over the men's national team just four years later, leading to the unprecedented gold medal in the Barcelona 1992 Games. In 2000, he arrived at the command of the women's national team, winning three Olympic medals, two gold medals (Beijing 2008 and London 2012) and one silver medal (Tokyo 2020), nine Grand Prix, one gold in the Pan-American Games, ten South-American Games, and two Champions Cups, among other important titles.

The manager of the field of Performance, Sport Sciences, and Innovation of the Dutch Olympic Committee, where he has worked for 12 years, Kamiel Maase is an Olympic athlete. Graduated in microbiology with a master's in chemistry and business administration, he allies his solid academic training with the experience as a high-performance athlete. The manager is a former marathon runner, competed in three subsequent editions of the Olympic Games (Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, and Beijing 2008), and still holds four Dutch records (5000 m, 10000 m, 30 km, and marathon). Besides managing the sport sciences program of the country that surprised the world in the Tokyo Games upon placing seventh on the medals board, he is currently responsible for creating a sport sciences network that gathers professionals in the field with a focus on innovation.

Apesar de americano, Lenny Abbey começou sua carreira no esporte no Brasil, em 2007, quando atuou no Comitê Organizador dos Jogos Pan-americanos do Rio de Janeiro. De lá para cá, passou por grandes eventos e instituições esportivas, como os Comitês Organizadores dos Jogos Olímpicos de Pequim 2008, Vancouver 2010, Londres 2012, Rio 2016 e, mais recentemente, Los Angeles 2028.

Trained in Social Communications, she began her professional career beside the Schurmann family. She worked for 10 years as the executive in charge of service at Schurmann Corporate, a company in the Schurmann Group. Specialized in Gynecology of Sport, an area that seeks to prevent, diagnose, and treat particularities associated with women athletes, amateur or professional. Since 2011, she has worked with the Brazilian Olympic Committee in the care of the Brazilian women's teams in various sports such as athletics, soccer, handball, artistic gymnastics, judo, swimming, skateboarding, and volleyball, among others. She was part of the COB medical team for the Tokyo 2020, Rio 2016, and London 2012 Olympic Games, besides other international missions. She is the founder and current coordinator of the Sports Gynecology Outpatient Clinic at the Federal University of São Paulo, created in 2007.
